Boo to you! Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is my favorite annual event in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. Join Mickey for the most spooktacular Halloween party this side of Sleepy Hollow. It's a night filled with characters dressed in Halloween costumes, dance parties, special shows, and candy! In my opinion, it's everything Halloween should be. I’m so happy it is returning after a long break!
In 2022, this special ticketed event runs from 7:00 PM - Midnight on select evenings from August 12 - October 31st. Prices start at $109 and go up from there.

August: 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, 30
September: 2, 5, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, 29, 30
October: 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31

5.) Trick Or Treating In The Magic Kingdom!
At Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party kids and adults can enjoy the multitude of trick or treating stations located throughout the park. When you enter the park for the party, you will be given a bag and the opportunity to partake in your first candy station. There is no limit, so trick or treat to your heart's content! Each station offers premium candy and for those of you who have a food allergy, you can exchange your treats for allergy friendly goodies. Costumes are optional, but it certainly adds to the fun!
4.) MONSTROUS SCREAM-O-WEEN BALL DANCE PARTY
What's more fun than dancing with your favorite Monster's Inc. characters? Join in on the fun at the dance party located in Tomorrowland. Enjoy great music and watch your family dance the night away.
Currently, it has not been confirmed that this event will return in 2022. But, if it does, it shouldn't be missed.
3.) Meet & Greets With Unusual Characters
Meet some of your all-time long lost favorites! Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party offers many opportunities to meet special Disney characters. Some of the best include:
Tarzan, Moana, Jack Skellington, Sally, and the Seven Dwarfs. Not to mention your favorite Disney characters dressed in Halloween attire.
2.) The Shows
There are a variety of shows to watch during the party. Enjoy the Sanderson Sisters during the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular show as they call upon their frightening colleagues to conjure the ultimate Hocus Pocus Party Potion.
And what is my favorite thing to do at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party?
1.) The BOO TO YOU PARADE!
The Boo To You Parade is unlike any other parade you have seen at Walt Disney World. This nighttime parade hosts all kinds of unusual characters that you can’t see anywhere else including ballroom dancing ghost, a skeleton band, and grave diggers.
If you are like me, you will be singing the parade songs for the rest of the night (if not longer). I got the parade CD years ago and play it for my kids every Fall.
This parade is the highlight of the night at the party. It is so popular that they have it two times per night. Make sure you get your spot early because you won’t want to miss a minute of the fun.
Just before the parade begins be on the look out for a very special visitor. The lights will flicker and an announcement will be made before he arrives. If you haven’t seen the parade before, I encourage you not to look up spoilers. It’s way more magical to wait and see the special guest, as well as, the parade.
